Why we started

Where projects lose clarity.

Perxli grew from a familiar problem in client work: good creative projects can become difficult when the details live in different places.

The start can be informal

Scope, fees and timelines may be agreed across chats, calls and copied documents. The details become hard to revisit.

The work can change

New requests and revisions bring fresh decisions. Without a shared record, both sides can remember the agreement differently.

Payment needs a plan

A deposit, final invoice and remaining balance should stay connected to the project that created them.
